Recipient - a natural person who actually accepts the Order. Unless otherwise stated, the Buyer is considered the recipient of the goods. The recipient may be another individual specified by the Buyer when placing the Order and who is his representative. Unless otherwise specified in these Rules, the Recipient is subject to all rights and obligations established for the Buyer.
Sale of goods by remote means - sale of goods under a retail sale and purchase agreement concluded on the basis of the buyer's familiarization with the description of the goods offered by the seller contained in the catalog on the website, video clips or presented in photographs or by means of communication, or in other ways that exclude the possibility of direct acquaintance the buyer with the goods or a sample of the goods when concluding such an agreement.
Internet boutique is a real Internet store owned by the Seller, located on a server in Russia and having an Internet address https://nabom.ru. It presents the Goods offered by the Seller to its Buyers for placing Orders, as well as the terms of sale, payment and delivery of these Orders to Buyers.
An Internet boutique is a collection of information resources that are administered by the Seller in compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The terms "Site", "Internet store" and "Internet boutique" are identical within the framework of these Terms.

Delivery service is a third party that provides services for the delivery of Orders to Buyers under an agreement with the Seller. The Seller has the right to independently determine the delivery service without agreement with the Buyer. Please note that the validity of special offers and promotions is limited by the period of their holding and the amount of promotional goods available. The quantity of goods is limited.
2. Public offer
The Buyer hereby confirms that he has read, understood and fully agrees to comply with this Public Offer. The administration of the online store "Nabom" reserves the right to change and supplement these Terms without prior or subsequent notice. Any possible changes will be reflected in the Terms of Service on this page.
By using this site, the Buyer declares that he has the necessary hardware and software to access the site, view its pages and execute the site's software scripts, make phone calls, receive and transmit SMS and e-mail messages, as well as view contextual advertising.
Using the online store, the Buyer agrees that the Seller cannot guarantee the constant availability of the site, its individual sections and pages, as well as their stable operation on any equipment of the Buyer, including the work of individual software scripts responsible for the use of promotional codes, the selection and placement of goods in "Shopping cart", adaptation of the web page and individual banners on it for a specific display of the Buyer or device.

The Buyer is notified and agrees that the contextual advertising format implies a limitation on the size of the advertising banner and the number of characters on it, while some of the information on the banner may be displayed incorrectly depending on the type of Buyer's equipment and the demonstration site.
The Seller undertakes to sell the Goods listed in the agreed Order to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods and pay for it the full price specified in the Order.
Payment for the Goods by the Buyer to the Seller is carried out either by transferring cash by the Buyer at the time of acceptance of the Goods, or by payment using a bank card (including payment using ApplePay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay technologies provided by Sberbank).
Delivery of the Goods is carried out by delivery services at the expense of the Buyer, unless otherwise specified on the Site , to the address indicated by the Buyer in the Order as the delivery address or to the selected pick-up point or postamat selected on the order checkout page. The terms and cost of delivery are set out on the Site.
The Buyer undertakes, in the presence of the Courier who delivered the Goods, to make sure that the packaging of the Goods is complete and does not have any traces of opening, the goods correspond to the ordered ones (in terms of assortment, quantity, cost), delivered in full set, and has no mechanical damage.
The Seller guarantees that the Goods belong to him by right of ownership.
Expiration date The product is indicated on its packaging or on the label.

The Buyer has the right to refuse the Goods prior to its transfer to the Buyer's ownership. If the Buyer refuses the goods, the Online Store undertakes to return to him the amount paid by the Buyer, excluding delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the date the Buyer submits the corresponding request.
Pickup from the store is available at 115193, Moscow, 6th Kozhukhovskaya str. 3, build. 1, office 4. Pickupt time is available from 2 pm until 6 pm every working day. Only prepaid orders are available for pickup (the funds shall be debited to the Seller’s account before physical pickup of the Product).
At any time before the final confirmation of the order, the Buyer has the right to refuse to purchase the goods.
All further actions after confirming the order mean the Buyer's full agreement with the terms of the offer.

Nabom LLC has the right to transfer (provide) the Buyer's Personal Data to third parties in the following cases:
- The Buyer expressed his consent, or did not express disagreement with such actions;
- the transfer is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations;
- the transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable law within the framework of the procedure established by law;
- the transfer takes place as part of a reorganization, sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), while all obligations to comply with these Terms of Service in relation to the personal data received by him are transferred to the acquirer;
- in order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of Nabom LLC in cases where the Buyer evades the fulfillment of his obligations under the concluded contracts.
13.4. Nabom LLC takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the Personal Data of Buyers from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties with them.
The main methods and means of ensuring the security of Personal Data include:

13.5. The complete deletion of the Buyer's personal data is made after the Buyer contacts the Support Service by sending a request to e-mail: welcome@nabom.ru. The term for deletion must be clarified with the Support Service.
13.6. LLC "Nabom" is not responsible if illegal actions were committed on the site on behalf of the Buyer, if the Buyer's personal data necessary for using the site were disclosed by the Buyer independently or through the Buyer's fault.
13.7. LLC "Nabom" has the right to record telephone conversations with the Buyer. At the same time, Nabom LLC undertakes to: prevent attempts of unauthorized access to information obtained during telephone conversations and / or transfer it to third parties not directly related to the execution of orders, in accordance with paragraph 4 of Art. 16 of the Federal Law "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection".

14. Payment by bank cards
14.1. We accept payments by bank cards of the following payment systems: VISA, Mastercard, MIR, Maestro, JCB. Attention: Delivery of the Goods, as well as order pickup from the store, is carried out by the Seller only after the receipt of funds from the Buyer to the Seller's account (in the case of online payment on the Site).
14.2. Payment by bank cards is made by redirecting to the site of the Sberbank electronic payment system. Fiscalization of the payment takes place with the participation of the ATOL service.
14.3. To make a payment, you will need to provide the details of your plastic card. The transfer of this information is carried out in compliance with all necessary security measures. The data will be communicated only to the Bank's authorization server via a secure channel (SSL 3.0 protocol). The information is transmitted in encrypted form and is stored only on a specialized server of the payment system. LLC "Nabom" does not know and does not store data on your plastic card.
14.4. You can pay by card only for orders placed through the Site. Payment for the order is made after its registration on the Site.
14.5. Nabom LLC does not have access to the Buyer's bank card and is not responsible for the data about it, all information is entered on the secure page of the payment system.
14.6. All questions related to the inability to pay with the types of accepted cards and should be directed to the support service of the payment system.
14.7. Only the cardholder can be the recipient of the Goods.
14.8. Upon receipt of the goods paid for using a credit card, you must have your passport and original card with you and present them to the courier delivering the Goods. The name on the card must match the name on the passport. In the absence of the original passport and card upon receipt of the order from the Buyer, as well as failure to present the above documents to the courier, Nabom LLC is not responsible for the Buyer's failure to receive the Goods.
15. Procedure for delivery and receipt of the Goods
15.1. Delivery of the Goods is carried out by courier services. You can clarify the delivery time of the Goods in the "Delivery" section when placing an Order.
15.2. When paying for goods by credit card, only the owner of the card can be the recipient of the goods.
15.3. Upon receipt of the goods paid for using a credit card, you must have your passport, original card with you and present them to the courier. The name on the card must match the name on the passport. For an order of 15,000 rubles or more, the presentation of a passport and an original card is required. In the absence of the original passport and card upon receipt of the order from the Recipient, as well as failure to present the above documents to the courier, Nabom LLC shall not be liable for the non-receipt of the Goods by the Recipient.
15.4. When accepting an order, the Buyer is obliged to make sure in the presence of the courier that the goods correspond to the ordered ones (in terms of assortment, quantity, cost), have been delivered in full set, and have no mechanical damage. After the receipt of the goods and the signing of documents confirming the proper fulfillment by the seller of the obligations to transfer the goods, claims for the configuration, appearance, conformity of the goods and incomplete information are not accepted.
15.5. If, upon delivery of the Goods, the packaging has traces of opening, mark this fact in the documents confirming the delivery.
15.6. If, upon receipt of the Goods, defects in the Goods or its inconsistency with the Order were found, then the seller undertakes, without charging an additional fee, to replace the Buyer with a similar product. Also, the Buyer has the right to refuse replacement.
16. Return of goods
16.1 In accordance with clauses 1, 2, 3 of the "List of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to return or exchange for similar goods of other size, shape, dimension, style, color or configuration", approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998 No. 55, perfumery and cosmetic products of good quality cannot be returned or exchanged.
The buyer is obliged to open the order immediately after receiving it and in the presence of the courier. In the event of damage to the goods, the Buyer makes claims to the courier, who, in the presence of the Buyer, draws up an Act on the discovery of shortage or damage to the goods.
Claims for damage and / or shortage of goods cannot be satisfied after the delivery of the goods from the courier.
16.2. Return of goods of inadequate quality. If defects are found in the product, the Buyer has the right to contact the seller by contacting the Online Support Service in the WhatsApp or Telegram chat or by e-mail: info@nabom.ru. The Buyer's rights are governed by Art. 18 of the Consumer Protection Law. The application must be accompanied by information on documents confirming the fact and date of purchase and photographs confirming the defects of the goods. The term for responding to a claim by the Seller is limited to ten days. The Seller has the right to conduct a quality check, for which the Buyer is obliged to provide the goods, as well as organize an examination in case of a dispute about the reasons for the defect. If, based on the results of quality control and, if necessary, an examination, it is proved that the Seller is responsible for this defect, the Buyer's request will be satisfied. If, according to the results of the inspection, it turns out that the defect was not found, or the Seller is not responsible for it, the Buyer will be obliged to compensate the seller for the costs of the examination and transport costs.
17. Refunds
17.1. If the Buyer refuses to accept the Goods prior to its transfer to the Buyer, the refund is made to the Buyer within 14 calendar days from the date of the Buyer's refusal to accept the Goods on the Buyer's bank card from which the payment for the Goods was made minus the cost of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer. Refunds are made to the Buyer's bank card, only if the payment for the Goods was made from the Buyer's bank card.
Attention: The term for crediting funds to the card depends on the issuing bank and in some cases can be up to 30 days.
17.2. In the event that the Buyer refuses the Goods prior to its transfer to the ownership of the Buyer, payment for which is made at the time of transfer of the Goods, the Buyer undertakes to pay the cost of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer to the Courier delivering the Goods.
17.3.
